 We offer a wide range of tax services, including tax preparation, tax planning, and audit support. While our focus is on personal and small business taxes, we also provide services for business (1120) and non-profit (990) taxes.

We understand that our customers lead busy lives, which is why we cater to evening and weekend hours. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM, and on weekends, we are available from 9 AM to 7 PM. 

Remote tax and accounting services work by leveraging technology to streamline the process. For tax services, clients use an app to upload their documents securely.  Additionally, we utilize secure online platforms for communication and document exchange, and we conduct meetings via Zoom. This approach ensures that clients can manage their finances efficiently without the need for in-person visits. 

 You'll find our online appointment scheduling form at the bottom of the Tax page.  You will then be provided with a link to download an app that will allow you to upload your tax documents. 

IRS Annual Seasonal Filers participate in a voluntary program designed to encourage non-credentialed tax return preparers to enhance their knowledge and skills through continuing education. These preparers complete a set number of continuing education hours each year, including a federal tax law refresher course. They have limited representation rights, meaning they can represent clients only for returns they prepared and signed, and only before certain IRS employees.

If your tax situation is straightforward and you need assistance primarily with tax preparation, an IRS Annual Seasonal Filer can provide reliable and cost-effective services. They are well-equipped to handle personal taxes, small business taxes, S corps, partnerships, and non-profits, especially if you prefer remote and virtual services during evenings and weekends. However, if you require more comprehensive financial services or need representation in complex IRS matters, a CPA might be the better choice.
